The location to the main road for access to the airport was good.

The apartment was not as clean as I would have liked, I had a child with us. I can understand that it is not in season almost yet, and that the hotel could be nice during the peak season.

The hotel provided a good breakfast and clean accommodations during my business trip. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing directions to nearby restaurants and attractions. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops.

The noise level was high at times due to nearby construction, and some of the rooms facing the street were affected by traffic noise. the Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel, making it difficult to stay connected.

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and then we were very pleased. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed now. Not all the apartments have fully equiped kitcken, as it says on the hotel description. Some of the dishes were dirty, as well as tableware. All the towels had some large stains on them, and some of the sheets in the cupboards were dirty. The apartment itself was not as clean as I would have expected. The hotel was full of teenagers, which made a lot of noise all night long. The walls are very thin, so one can hear everything that the neighbours discuss. I wouldn't recommend it for a family with children.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of facilities such as a swimming pool and a snack bar, and the service from the staff is friendly and helpful.

For me, the location is the best feature of this hotel. I stayed here when there was a dj party at the nearby Cacao beach club, and it was so convenient to be just a short walk away from the party spot. Plus, the hotel is close enough to the beach, which is absolutely beautiful. I have been coming to this city for five years now, and I have never been disappointed by the beach experience. The staff here are also friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.
